Small Baby Play Mat, 100×100 cm – Blue

This handcrafted activity mat, featuring activity cards and a starry sky, is designed for little princes and princesses to help them begin exploring the world. The Karloova activity mat is suitable for your baby from birth.

The Karloova baby activity mat is handmade in soothing, harmonious, yet contrasting colors that stimulate your baby’s visual development without overloading their still-developing nervous system.

The mat comes with activity cards—basic shapes with different sounds that you can attach to your baby’s play mat. The activity cards feature 3 toys: a star (with a rattle), 21 cm in diameter; a star (with a crinkle sound), 13.5 cm in diameter; and a star (with a rattle), 13.5 cm in diameter. You can arrange and reposition them as you like. The activity arches attach to the baby’s play mat with Velcro, so they’re easy to remove as your child grows.

Babies can explore a variety of activities:

1. A rectangular envelope with a beeping star attached to it

2. Movable wooden buttons

3. Crinkly circular shapes that illustrate different sizes

4. A rectangular mirror that helps babies learn about themselves

It’s a joy to make a baby play mat, but in addition to its charming Nordic design and fabrics in a soothing color palette, it’s important that the play mat be suitable for the baby. It should also help develop the baby’s motor skills.
