Lelupood.ee aims to offer the best marine equipment. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days.
1. Right of Return
The consumer has the right to inspect the merchandise and return it within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing by email at info@lelupood.ee and fill out the return form.
2. Condition of the Goods
The item being returned must be in its original packaging and unused.
– If the product has been used more than necessary or shows signs of wear, the seller has the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the decrease in value.
3. Returns and Costs
The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the merchandise, unless the merchandise does not match the order or is defective. You can return the merchandise by dropping it off at a parcel locker and entering +372 5635 8538 as the contact number.
4. Refunds
We will issue a refund no later than 14 days after receiving your request. We reserve the right to wait until we receive the returned merchandise before issuing a refund. Please provide your invoice number to receive a refund.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
- products that are used, soiled, or damaged;
- hygiene and safety products (e.g., life jackets, neoprene clothing), if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used;
- products made to order or personalized;
- products that, by their nature, are not suitable for resale after being opened or used.
6. Filing a Claim
6.1. If a defect is discovered, the Seller must be notified as soon as possible, but no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered.
6.2. The claim must be submitted in writing, including the following:
- purchase invoice;
- description of the defect;
- photos, if possible
6.3. The seller has the right to decide whether to repair the goods, replace them, or refund the purchase price.
7. Liability
7.1. The seller is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the goods or failure to follow the instructions for use.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Claims must first be submitted to the Seller.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
