How to Shop?
You can order products as a guest or by registering as a customer before making a purchase.
If you place an order without registering as a user, your information will not be saved in our database.
If you’d like to enjoy the benefits of registering as a Lelupood.ee customer,
you can quickly and conveniently create an account before making a purchase.
Creating an account offers several benefits:
* You’ll always save 5% to 10% off regular prices and see the best prices when checking out
* You can view the status and history of your orders
* Place orders quickly and conveniently, since your information is saved in your address book
* You can add product comments and mark your favorite products
Please note! You must create an account before placing an order so that your customer discount applies to your very first purchase!
When you register, we only ask for the information necessary to fulfill your order.
We treat personal data as confidential and disclose it to third parties only if
it is necessary for the delivery of goods or as required by law.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not obligate you to make a purchase.
In your shopping cart, you can change the quantity of items you’re ordering, remove products, or go back to the store to continue shopping.
In the shopping cart, you can also use gift cards purchased from lelupood.ee at
by entering the gift card code in the “Coupon Code” field.
To confirm your purchase, click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button, which will take you to the order confirmation page.
When confirming your order, you must fill in the fields marked with an *.
You can also choose between different shipping methods: courier (VeniPak, OSC Cargo) or SmartPost.
We offer various payment methods for your purchase:
Payment via bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele),
Payment by credit card, e-invoice, PayPal, installment plan, or cash to the courier.
Before confirming your purchase, you can add your own comments in the “Comments” field.
Review your order and information, then click the “Submit Order” button.
After confirmation, you will receive an automatic confirmation email regarding the completion of your purchase.
(We recommend that you double-check the email address you entered in your order beforehand.)
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is listed in the product description, but we will notify you of the exact delivery time by phone or email.
Returning Goods
The customer has the right to cancel the order and return the ordered goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returned goods must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging
with all labels intact. If the returned goods or sales packaging are damaged,
the customer must compensate for the decrease in the value of the goods.
Please open the product packaging carefully and without causing damage to ensure your right to return the goods.
To return the goods, you must send us a written notice to that effect, which must include:
the customer’s name and bank account number, the invoice date and address, the names of the products being returned
, and the location of the products being returned. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer
, except in cases where the Customer personally delivers the goods to our warehouse at Sütiste tee 30, Tallinn 13411.
lelupood.ee will cover the costs associated with returning the goods if the goods are damaged,
which could not be detected upon external inspection and which did not occur when opening the package,
or if the goods do not match the product specified in the Customer’s order (wrong product).
Once the returned item has been received by us, we will refund the Customer
, including any shipping costs already paid by the Customer, no later than
within 14 days of the submission of the return request.
Filing a claim
In the event of non-compliance of the product with the requirements, the Customer has the right to file claims.

In the case of a defect that arose during the first year, we assume that it existed at the time of purchase
, and our expert will determine the nature of the defect.
If a defect is discovered, please send a written notice to info@lelupood.ee
. The notice must include the customer’s name and contact information, the order and invoice numbers,
the date the complaint was filed, the name of the product being returned
, and a description of the defect along with photos.
The notice must be sent no later than two months after the defect is discovered.
If the customer does not submit a notice to that effect to
within the specified time limit, the right to request free repair of the product or replacement of a part will expire.
Upon receipt of your notice, we will respond to your complaint in writing within 15 days.
If a product has a defect for the first time, depending on the nature of the defect
, we will first offer to repair the product or part for you.
If this solution proves to be ineffective, we will replace the product.
If the same defect (or, in certain cases, a different defect) occurs a second time
, the customer may choose whether to have the product repaired, replaced, or
to withdraw from the contract altogether and request a refund.
Your claims will not be honored:
* damage to the product caused by the customer’s fault or negligence
* defects resulting from improper use of the product
* natural physical wear and tear of the product under normal use
